I've really come to enjoy and look forward to this event every year. The course was in great shape and the pace of play even for us as a threesome and an outing was great.

It's been wonderful to see the Improvement in Don's game. He hit the ball well off the tee, and His short game is Miles better than it was last year. Furious was the man as usual as we used most of his shots. Don drained about a 12 or 15 foot birdie putt, but unfortunately none of us were able to sink any long putts throughout the day. I had a couple of real nice lag putts to save par for us.

The first 10 holes or so I hit the ball very well but my direction was a little off. The last two holes I also hit the ball pretty well. Overall I was pleased to do that. There was about a five-hole stretch after we had lunch where I was just completely awful, and I really felt like that hurt the team.

Thanks again to JOrr for having us. It was a great time,

Good times indeed. Made it to Michigan safely by 2am.

JORR is a gracious host, had a really good time. Yes indeed, cleaned up on the prizes. Exploring my options on getting a new shaft for the driver.

Even made it back to the Provincia de lago clubhouse.And got out of there alive!

Frank, I totally forgot the check for your tickets. One of your did hit. I will split the wine and Arlington trip with you.

Actually I should be good to go by June, but I'm sure my game will be a huge mess most of the summer. My doc warned me that everyone who has this surgery, when they start playing again they hit everything real thin because it hurts the sternum to take a fat shot or prolly even take a normal shot with a divot. So we'll see, playing it by ear for now. Hoping to start chipping and putting next month.
