I'll have to stop by Ukrainian Village and bring some of the Nazi's with me. What is Kirkwood up to?

Unless they know about an attack being planned why mention this? It's like they are encouraging ignorance. If someone does something hateful, they can say we were warned. If no one does anything stupid, they'll take credit for preventing it. Having an increased presence in some communities should have been good enough.
