Marian Central Catholic H.S. (where I graduated) is playing in the 5A state championship game, Saturday at 1:00 on channel 50.
last championship was in 2A in 1989, when I was a freshman.

my next door neighbor is a St. Rita grad, who plays in the state game in class 7A.....

Just to show my hypocrisy from our little league baseball discussion, I watched a good portion of the second half of the Mt. Carmel-LW East game. Good stuff.

Buddy of mine coaches at Aledo and they are going for like thier 2,000th straight 1A championship. I can't remember the number but they are hard to beat.
