If anyone has a guy, please PM me.

I'm looking for someone well versed in Chicago soils, early 1900s brick construction, evaluations to put on an addition. If the person is a genius who spent the career computing loads for 90 story high rises... not a good fit. Looking for long time residential focus. If I decide to give him or her a call I'm going to ask for addresses of properties and the exact scope of work that they performed. Proper IL and Chicago licenses and excellent building code knowledge and ability to apply it properly in the context is a must.
