Going to a wedding.

Is it just me, or is it entirely selffish to schedule your wedding on "important" days of the year. Now because of this, I will probably have to do something on the 13th for Valentine's Day. I've never been invited to a New Year's Eve wedding, but if I did, I would probably slug the happy couple in the face.
