Holy shit, JORR, how is it possible to have a conversation with this woman let alone live with her?

Keep in mind that JORR actually had a conversation with his current about hanging those from his ex. Maybe he's as nutty as the best/worst of us.

Fuck, I can't give anything away this week. I probably should have packaged the Sox tickets, the paintings, and Javier Baez and I could have gotten Cole Hamels.

I think that might be a pop art version of the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

I suppose people really do see different things in art. I would title #2 "Leech Therapy."

I'm not an Art Major because that would be a complete waste of a college education.

I'll give you $300 for the set.

So were you successful in giving the paintings away, JORR? Who claimed them?

No, I haven't been able to give them away yet. I might take them to my partner's house and make him hang them on his wall. I refuse to throw them out. But I've got a lot of original art and no place to put it. My ex doesn't have enough of a name so that I can really sell these. And who knows what drives the art market? She's a strong enough painter that she could be famous one day. She was once a star in the New Trier art program and she's been educated at Rhode Island School of Design, Minneapolis College of Art and Design, and Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. I would hate to toss them only to have her make the cover of Artforum in ten years. At least if somebody I know has them I won't feel so bad.

Hire a hit man to off her and those values will go through the roof. No one will suspect it was you because of the nice things you wrote here. Also, I suspect she has rubbed a few people the wrong way along her path in life.

Well, everyone is entitled to their opinion. You like what you like. But I'm going to take a wild guess you aren't a really sophisticated or educated critic of fine art.

Is she from Wilmette? I think I met her many years ago.
