I moved back to Chicago area over a year ago. Plus, if you look at a freaking map Rock Island,ILLINOIS is not in Iowa

Middle of the road? No. Because there would be no chance to find the rightful owner.

At a place where a person might come back to look? Absolutely. Someone did that for me at Walmart recently. I got cash back on the self checkout and forgot to grab the 20. Went back 15 mins later and someone had turned it in (after trying to catch me)

Im just glad it was a good samaritin behind me and not someone looking to profit off others misfortune.

A board member could have saved $14.95. chas has had a rough run of late(racism and disrespecting the military) but he almost was able to make up for it with this selfless act.

Too bad rpb blew him up and he probably had to do a selfless act for a guy on craigslist.

Yep it would be that easy.

Furthermore the person who bought the ticket probably buought a ten ride because they cant afford to shell out for a monthly. Living paycheck to paycheck, paying taxes so people who don't work can live like kings.

Well that $50 is probably about half the Xmas budget.
