Sucks. Sorry to hear. I was serious about the Brewery thing...Will County Brewery opened last month on 52 and they had to shut down for a few weeks because the demand/foot traffic was crazy...they are re-stocking now and opening up in a couple weeks again.


You can do a food truck too if you want to serve eats.

I don't know about Plainfield, but in Chicago unless you have a very specific type of liquor license you cannot just stop serving food.
