place is crap, a total scam that takes advantage of the more is better mentality of merica.

The quality of the meat is mediocre at best, there isn't a single thing they serve that is better than literally anything you can order off the menu at any downtown steakhouse and yet the price is about the same. Don't remember exactly how much it costs, but I think its around $40. For that same price you can get a steak that is 20x better at Gibsons or Chop House or Mortons.

I think you're missing the entire point of brazilian steakhouse. At a steakhouse, you get one entree. And you're done.

Some people appreciate the never-ending variety.

Pretty sure I got the point. Overcharge for mediocre cuts of meat, hope customers are blinded to that by the literal flood of meat going to their table. Put out great salad bar in the hopes that customers will fill up on that and eat less of the poor quality meat. Charge as much if not more than neighboring steakhouses serving much higher quality product.

What did I miss?
