long lines, weird mix of food items, expensive and a space that doesn't look like build out was completed

There are no "built in" type food preparation appliances that I could see in the court. I don't think the places make the food off site (obviously smoque does) but they have kept the menus to things they could make in a sandwich press or other small warming appliances.
