I'm starting some corned beef and cabbage in a few minutes. Not sure about soda bread. I may venture out looking for some.

Pro-tip: Dont over cook the CB. Slice it about 3/4" thick and throw it on a hot grill to get some char on both sides.

Local brewery has some I think. To go.

I'm also heading to the Jewels and will pick up some green food coloring just in case.

Made homemade corned beef on sunday on the weber. Wife brined it herself. Outstanding.

Last night she made Irish peasant food Shepherds Pie. That and a couple bottles of Harps.

Hopefully next year we are back to pub crawls and parades.
