I know a couple people have this as their favorite pizza place, and I have to agree. I went here last week with some co-workers, and this pizza is probably the best I've had in this area. Everything about it is perfect... Cheese, crust, sauce, toppings. And the bar next door is fucking sweet. Hole in the wall, and you can have Al's bring your pizza over. This place is a gem. We need a board outing at the bar.

That bar would be the Towne Tap, or the Towne Trap, as the locals call it.

Fo sho. We can migrate there after the next bored bowling event in West Chicago.

Hmm, that's a tad bit of a haul but the kids love pizza on Sunday nights.

Is there seating or is it take out/delivery only?

I don't know if I'd drive that far for it, but if you're ever in the area, they'd love it. It's very unique - no waiters and nothing but pizza. You order and check back in to get it. They only take cash, and you get your own drink out of the fridge or next door at the bar.

Well Leash, I've lived here 43 years. If there's better pizza than Randall Roadhouse, it's worth a 45 minute drive. Do they have seating to eat it there?

Oh, 45 isn't too bad. I thought it'd take you longer than that.

Yes, they have limited seating, but you should get a table, no problem.

The Towne Tap is not open on Sunday, so don't waste a 45 min drive today. Al's does have limited seating inside, but no booze.

He'd complain that they didn't give out extra steak sauce.

Thanks the info guys. We'll put it on our list. We have relatives in Naperville, and we're down south all the time for basketball and baseball.

Is Randall Roadhouse that thing that looks like a log cabin?

That's the Kelsey Roadhouse I think.

I worked there for years on and off before the Army. Started at 15. Amazing business and amazing pizza. Everything is fresh. Same dude delivers from city meat markets going on 50 years. Love the Towne Tap too. The owner is a real gem. Just don't swear in the bar. Her dad started the rule in 59 and its still in effect. A Damn is ok but not Fuck or shit or the c word.

They tried on and off a couple years being open for Bears games. Its just hard when locals for years think your closed.

Als used to be closed Sunday and Mondays. It took two of us asking if we could hang out on Sunday and see if the phone rang. Now its a regular thing.
