any ideas? figured I'd bring some meat to enjoy. not a full meal type thing. something you can eat with one hand.

that's actually not a bad idea but there's not one over by me.

was thinking I would actually prepare something from SCRATCH

at the risk of appearing gay.

well since you guys are hopeless I decided to go down to Pete's Fresh Market and get the cheapest thing I could find. Bought about 10lbs of "country style" pork ribs for $1.89/lb. Dry rub and in the electric kettle smoker for about 3 hrs. that smoker runs pretty hot. these country ribs look like some sort of end of loin contraption or stretched out pork chop. worried they'll be dry. made a honey chipotle bbq sauce off some random website. SPICEY!

also boiled up a beef tongue we had taking up space in the freezer and then threw that in the smoker too. not so sure about it. going to serve with horseradish sour cream and pickled red onion if it tastes good. otherwise dog food.

Usually they are where the rib chops meet the shoulders. At least that's where we cut them from out west.

You can try wonton wrappers in muffin pans and fill with your meats and condiments if you're looking for a delivery method. 15 minutes at 375 will set their shape up.
