Surprisingly digging the smaller candy sizes manufacturers have slowly decreased to.

Pro: Fool myself into thinking I'm not a huge fatass because the sizes are now smaller when I demolish 5 fun size bars.
Con: Price is unchanged.

There's a trick or trick thingy at the office for people with kids and I'm already down like 4 fun size reeses

Does candy have sugar in it? If yes, we better warn PM. He is having a hard time with his raw sugar intake.

We got only 5 trick or treaters a couple years ago, but last year we got 50. I bought a lot of candy to accommodate. I have mostly been good in not getting into it ahead of time, but the peanut butter snickers are too good not to crack into.

The point of buying the candy is to eat it when no one shows up. I was pissed the one year we ran out in Bozeman. That’s never happening again

There is a lot of unavoidable sugar in that candy.

I’ve never gone too far fat but yeah, it’s dangerous. Cutting out candy for most part helped me drop 20 pounds over time

Trick or treating here is quite the thing. We have a lot of people who work for Hershey living around us, which is awesome but totally screws with the expectation of what to hand out. We have a good amount of fun sized candy bars (hershey, kit kat, snickers, etc.) but people around us hand out king sized (!) candy bars.

I think I am the only person in the world that like black and orange. It's basically Bit 'O Honey.

I buy candy from the dollar store. 8 packs of snickers, kit kat, butterfinger, all of the flavors! are a dollar.

I'll grab like 5-6 of them and it's plenty for the ~30 kids we get.

We can have anywhere from nobody to 20 kids depending on the weather, the day of the week, etc. The kid next door moved away so we'll see. Mini Kit-Kat (which I will eat) and mini Dove chocolates (which my dad will eat), so it's a $6 investment this year.

Usually, I remember and go to Wendy's and get their Junior Frosty coupons at 5/$1. The kids usually like that as well, but this year I can't be bothered since I'm still not driving for another two weeks.

Why do we now call it "Halloween Candy". This candy is sold every day of the year. It's just candy.

It's candy specifically to hand out to kids at Halloween...as opposed to eating on the couch surrounded by pizza boxes and distant screams.

Tuesday is supposed to be the coldest Halloween in 21 years. Plan accordingly. For us it will be one bag from Costco. If it looks like there are going to be left overs I give out more toward the end of the night and then make mrs. genius take any remaining to work.
