Tonight was Tacos El Norte in Lake Bluff

I had the Torpedo Tacos and Julio's Tacos.

They do a really nice job. I prefer this location to the others.

The Gurnee location was subpar with the worst service I’ve ever had. The Mundelein location wasn’t much better. Jalisco on Milwaukee and Grand is a lot better.

Mexican Paradise in Antioch is our favorite in the area. El Norte.....decent, but nothing special. The best ever was Rudy's in Grayslake.....(RIP, Amigo). Dude was nicest guy ever but had zero short term memory. Couldn't remember anyone's name to save his life. Still....his tacos were amazin.
