I gotta go with Franks Red Hot. Its great on everything from eggs to hashbrowns, chicken, burritos and tacos.. Hell man i even add it to popcorn sometimes (better than it sounds). Is there anything better? Well, maybe that green stuff at real Mexican joints is better for burritos, but I've never used that stuff on other food cause its like a fresh made kinda thing.

Cholula is my all purpose choice. I also have Crystal primarily for shrimp, and sometimes a couple of packets of Wendy's chili sauce.

I like Sriracha in small quantities, but it would take me four years to go through a bottle.
