pizza_Place: Phils' on 35th all you need to know

I need a bone saw and a cleaver.not to expensive but that will last. Any tips?

I got some short ribs but I got to cut them down.

Cheap bone saw would be a replacement blade for a hacksaw. Just make sure it’s coarse toothed and not fine. Otherwise just goto cabelas or one of the other outdoor outlets on line and look at the deer processing stuff. They’ll be a cheap one there.

A band saw with a good blade or a sawsall with a metal blade( more teeth) are fraction of the price and same cut

There are cheap non electric bone saws but cleavers are fine they are a little hacky though. A lot of places are selling what I think you want and you can order it at any grocery store just ask for flanken cut. it's more popular now...I'm not sure how it works but it's been fine when I've had it at restaurants.
