So when I make fried chicken it always comes out like KFC regular, which is nice. But how do they make extra crispy? I need cooking advice here. Foodies! Help please.

The secret to crispy chicken or extra crispy fries is double frying! It has to do with evaporation of moisture from the chicken skin that occurs when double frying which makes the skin extra crispy.
