Not fast food, but related to ridiculous corporate food inflation from transportation and retail labor costs:

- North Carolina State Farmers Market has freshly picked strawberries grown 30-70 miles away for $7 for 1.5 pound baskets, multiple farms selling them.
- Major chain grocery store (Publix) has bulk picked strawberries from California (Driscoll) for $7 for one pound.

Since when is the farmers market cheaper than the grocery store?
