I'm always trying out different hot sauces, but Mrs. Jbi11s always has a bottle of this available:

My current personal favorite is this brand I found in the Latino aisle at the grocery store a couple years ago. It's a good blend of sweet and hot:

What do you guys prefer? What food are you putting it on?

As for regular hot sauce, I'd say Texas Pete's.

Cholula I've had, and it is good.

Don't think I've had Texas Pete's yet.

i like it bc it seems to have a little more body/is a little thicker than other ones. They have some variations and the chili lime one is really good.

i like Tapatio and Crystal too

Tapatio is tasty. Better than Valentina imo.

I'm also a BIGFAN of the green Tabasco sauce.

As a kid that's virtually all I knew. Since then I've become a Krystal's or green jalapeno Tabasco.

But in the house now is just Louisiana, siracha and a funky green habanero sauce.

But I actually rarely use it except for gumbo or fried seafood.

Arizona Gunslinger. Not too hot but the best flavor I have had.

Louisiana Hot if I am going with a hot sauce. BUT I must pimp my true favorite hot flavor. It just awesome.

Green chile...

Costco has it for $7.99 for a really big jar. It is just amazing on burgers, eggs, hash browns, gaucamole, enchiladas. It's just an awesome natural hot condiment. I am hoping enough people buy it so the local Costco's continue to carry the stuff.

NOTE: Once you open the jar, you need to eat it all within a week, or place half in ziplock back and freeze for later.

Yep. I don't use hot sauce much but we actually have that one in the house so I guess it's my favorite.

Idk what it is, but I just stopped liking sircaha. Now Siracha infused ketchup or mayo is pretty good tho.

If you like medium heat, and it's a decent cost, do it. It is a fresh tasting heat. Very different than a tabasco or any other that has vinegar. Do keep in mind the freezing tip as there aren't preservatives or figure out a way to use it quick and go buy more later. I can put the stuff on just about every meal and get through about 2/3 of a jar before it goes bad.

There was a store in Woodfield last time I was back in IL over the holidays with a bunch of custom hot sauces. Just a whole store devoted to hot sauce.

Wife and I tried some of the hot hot stuff. Did not purchase.

Medium heat is fine, and I'm always looking for new tastes.

Thanks for the heads up on preservatives.

Does that taste like anything besides napalm yet? Bought a bottle 25 years ago and threw it away 20 years ago when I moved.

That's the beauty of Sav's Piment. It's not vinegary. Flavorful as hell.

I may go ahead and order that JoRR, but if it melts my butthole I'm gonna be pissed.

Sometimes when you see Habanero there's just a little extra kick, but other times you end up giving yourself a colonoscopy.

Not a hot sauce, per se, but I am a BIGFAN of the Arizona Heat mustard. Also the Colman's is outstanding.

If you like a medium heat with a great taste try the Arizona gunslinger, serious. It is great stuff.

Crystal Extra Hot is my go-to, but it's annoying that it seems to be in stores less and less.

That store is now out of business.

Hard to foresee that outcome. Maybe they should replace it with a store that just sells things for left-handed people.

Not surprising.

It was a pretty busy day at the mall, and we were the only people in there for like 20min.
