Going for two out of the three -- two weeks ago Hubert Keller was making some brioche buns with onion, bacon and walnuts. Still on the fence on the walnut part, but thinking of making some buns that morning and doing burgers with those. They looked awesome on TV.

unless...you are into that kind of thing.

And I rather enjoy the Packers fans being all pouty about this year's Super Bowl  Kinda like how I was last year.

I think I will have some water and carrots while enjoying an evening of Holmes on homes. There is usually some kind of underlying rooting interest but I have nothing for either team this year. I don't really like the Super Bowl much any more. Its too much of an event and seems weird. Even with the Packers in it last year I didn't turn it on until kickoff and wanted it to go as fast as possible. Lately I feel like the NFL season dies on championship Sunday and the Super Bowl is more of a beyond overdone, over hyped +1 game.
How long have you been holding this in for?

Since the Packers choked. I'm sure he had no problem with the hype last year.

Very tasty subs indeed. I usually leave my sub in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let the vinegar and oil settle a bit.

I do a lot of grilling or making chili or soup during the regular season, but I really didn't feel like cooking yesterday. I had enough on my plate just chasing my son around all day. I drove Mrs. Chus to the airport early afternoon, so I was on daddy duty all day and night.
