That's nice but not for me. It reminds me of loved ones that are dead and I have to sit with some that I prefer to be "out of my life."
My favorite holiday is the 4th of July. It starts out with the Arlington Heights Parade and it kicks off the greatest time of the year. That time being when old washed up Rock/Pop acts hit the Fest Circuit.

we've taken the rabbit off the menu.

so, two turkeys...one smoked, then grilled...and one oven-baked. two ducks....both smoked, then grilled. using apple wood.
stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, brussels sprouts, corn, a greens salad, meat and potato pirogi, crab cakes (regular and cajun), dinner rolls, polish rye bread, four pies, and lots and lots of booze.
