Sonoran Style dogs!

Always kind of disgusting! Back in my Tucson days, there was a place that wrapped hot dogs in bacon, then put, mayor, guac...basically everything that went on a Torta! They used the torta bun, thus plenty of room to hold the excess crap.

The guy who owned this crap dog stand named them Sonoran style hot dogs, after his hometown in mexico. Of course, it caught on to some degree.

Crazy combos of food .....just for attention of a eating something crazy....no thanks.

Places like "The counter", is just overkill....Just guessing the world can live without a burger that has "kraut and raisans!

Steak, Al Pastor, Carnitas, and Barbacoa are all legit taco fillings. You cannot go wrong there.

Grilled Chicken and Fish are acceptable sometimes.

Ground beef, shrimp, or lengua is never acceptable.

So I had a couple of these for the first time today.

Not bad...but maybe not as good as I thought they could be. The avocado is certainly interesting.
