There was an Ottos in Forest Park just North of 290 & just West of Harlem. I remember as a kid that my Dad had an open account their for entertaining customers.

Russells in Elmwood Park on Thatcher. Went their often as a yute & still do.

Otto's is a great place. Hopefully they can re-open sometime in the future. But last I heard, the building was pretty much condemned.
