¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I like some whiskey in my water and some sugar in my tea -- what's all these crazy questions you're asking me? This is the craziest board that could ever be. Don't turn on my monitor cause I don't want to see.

I completely gave up soda drinks last August. Both diet & regular are no Gouda for you.

Its called shit.

The diet stuff can be much worse for you and I am not talking about caloric intake at all, the crap that makes it ZERO calorie makes it basically a substance that does not get digested in your body and could end up in a number of places. It gave me headaches. For some people it causes joint problems. Goes on and on.

Occasionally I will have a sierra mist or sprite, so its not I wont drink it all , but how people buy 2 liter conainers of this and gve it to their kids, yet alone drink i themselves is amazing.

Go back to the old days and let kids drink ALE!

I recently switched from pouring sugar for like 2 full seconds (a lot) to two equal packets in my coffee

Its amazing how much sugar is in some foods.

If you can get "no sugar added" versions of things, to me there is very little difference in taste

If you're a ketchup person, go for the No sugar added. There is almost no difference in taste.
