Truth be told...the first time or two I had it, as a kid, I don't remember liking it that much. But as a teenager I started to like it. Probably helps that I know to stay away from the Oscar Meyer one.

Being German...not many great things to eat. Have to appreciate the few that are edible.

edit: Jay's Ridged are my go-to side. Just not on the sandwich. I'm not 8.

It is liver sausage. Kind of a pickled Scooter if you will. But many of you will not and I do not blame you.

I should try it again someday, because I like terrines and some pates. One of these days I'm going to get my fat ass over to Paulina Meat Market because I know a bunch of city folk who rave about it, and that seems like the type of thing where they'd do a good job with it.
