Silly. Everyone knows golumpki is filled with ground beef, rice and barley.

I'm not a big fan when a steak is "bloody" but there is no reason to ever order it "well done" over "medium well" if that is what suits your needs.

Of all the terribly annoying things you can do at restaurants, there's no better way to reveal yourself as a condescending suck-merchant than by criticizing someone for ordering their steak well-done. It's the worst.

Do you find it hard not to chow down right at the meat counter?

I highly recommend you try a blue steak. Go to a nice, reputable steakhouse though. If you still don't like it after that, then okay, you tried.

But they are delicious.

Is this an example of you not being purposefully obtuse?

I suggest you try a blue waffle. It will be mind altering

I have had people cut me a piece and let me try it, and I've made steaks for others that were barely medium.

A good pink is good for me.

That first steak he posted is raw in the middle.

No. I need both sides of the steak seared. I'm not looking to get sick.

The second one is cooked less than the first one. Both steaks are seared on each side.

Yeah, and you eat more than the sear.

If you were served just the middle of that you would think it is raw.

I had a well done filet mignon at Chicago Cut...and I've said that it was the best steak I've ever had.

To my knowledge, nobody serves a steak that way.

If I know one thing about Chus' kids, they eat well. Chus knows his steaks.

My wife prefers hers rare to Bleu...I'm a medium rare to rare depending on where I am (high end steakhouse = rare, Fridays = medium rare)

It kills her to have to order a medium rare to rare because she's pregnant...

Do you know of any restaurants that cook a steak to rare, and then only serve the middle portion?
