I'm posting this because this place is great and it's in a weird location and I really don't want it to fail. It's on the northeast corner of Lawrence and Lawndale. They have high end tacos and burgers. It's great to go with a big group and share stuff. They will make any burger as a slider too. BYOB. Just fucking awesome. I could tell somebody who works here has fine experience because, although it's a very casual place, the service had an extra level of detail and attention. For example, they removed and replaced the plates and silverware between each round of dishes. Try this place. You absolutely will not be disappointed.

Yeah, it's not a taqueria, although the guys running it may be Mexican. They have duck and pork belly tacos.

Thanks Jorr, never heard of the place. Looks really good on Yelp. Definitely gonna give it a try, maybe even this weekend.

What did you have, anything stand out above and beyond?

So is this sort of in the genre of Big & Little's? I really like that place.

We had a bunch of stuff. The duck tacos and pork belly tacos were great. The spice burger great also. Truffle fries were awesome.

Yeah, I would say it's the same genre foodwise, but with polished service

Big props to Jorr! Went here last night, place was fantastic.

Wife had the T&B burger, a bison burger with shrimp, chorizo and avocado on it. Came with truffle fries. Excellent.

I had a few tacos....duck confeit, chorizo and fish. All 3 were great. Fish was a nice piece of grilled talapia. Really good homemade chorizo. And the duck confeit melted in your mouth.

Also tried a half order of the crab mac n cheese. Not sure if they screwed this up and we got the wrong thing cause there was no crab in it, but lots of veggies instead. Never said anything to the waitress cause it was delicious.

Will definitely be going back.
