CSFMB TOB Schaumburg (Mecca) region #5 Penn State Section vs. #12 Outdated Forum Descriptions

The penn state section hasn't had much activity in the last couple weeks. Or really after the first week. It's kinda sitting there in limbo doing nothing like the Afternoon Saloon section. And there's some pretty outdated forum descriptions too... like Angelo in the Bear section, Hendry, Aram and Z on the Cub section and who could forget all that HOT NCCA action?
