It's the medias job to report on things like this. They do it all the time in other killings. This is no different.

In The Laquan McDonald killing, there was virtually no reporting of why he was involved with Police that night or his previous background.
In the Brown incident,there was huge down play and disconnect of what happened that day both before and during the incident as well as Browns previous history of criminality.

a cop is going to shoot a well dressed white guy six times in the face while this well dressed white guy is scuffling with a black guy? c'mon now.

One of my guys called me about dude yesterday. Asked me did I remember when we were in high school and he'd gotten into with him inside of Avalon's gym and I told him yep. It was some basketball shit and it didn't amount to fisticuffs or anything but they were in each other's face. We were actually in there with our other guy that played with him at Dunbar and i knew it put him in a bad spot. Low End trumped everything back then so it wasn't a question as to how he was going to roll.


Now its 2018 and this motherfucker is locked up for murdering a cop. You never know the twists and turns that Life holds for a person.

I spent nearly everyday of my life as a kid at Avalon. That guy's mugshot looked familiar and then Facebook told me we had a few friends in common. You're older than me by at least a decade so if you played outside at Avalon during the summer you're probably one of those guys who would take the court from my friends and I. Then we would bust bottles on the court and run so you all couldn't play.
