Back in the late 80s you could occasionally get away with parking on the pathway behind McCormick Place. Once I had just finished utilizing the privacy and a cop rolled up, saw the steamy windows and wrote me a ticket.

Since I left for school a week later, my dad had to appear in Court on my behalf. He was plenty embarrassed behind THAT one. The judge couldn't stop laughing after admonishing him on my behalf. My then gf could never face my dad after that.
