Let's have a little fun with a very unique challenge. The name of the game is picking the NFL game winners straight-up. But to make it more interesting, you are going to be placing your predictions in a 5x5 grid.
You must pick a team to win each game, as well as a square to place the prediction in. For the Sunday afternoon games, you'll pick each of these games and give four of them a 1 dollar value, four of them a 2 dollar value, and the five remaining will have a 3 dollar value. Correct picks earn the dollar amount; incorrect picks earn nothing. You will also assign them to a square as in the image above. The afternoon games are:

You may put multiple picks into the same square (there is no limit.) At the end of this contest, you'll get a point for each square that you have earned the most dollars in. If nobody put a prediction into the square, it counts for nobody. If more than one person has the same highest dollar amount in a square, each of those players will get a point. The player who ends up with the most points will earn a very important immunity. The margin of victory makes no difference... if you win a square $10 to $2 it is worth 1 point, just like a win of $3 to $2 would be worth 1 point.
The first tie-breaker will be whoever has the most overall picks correct. The second tie breaker will be who has the 8 dollar pick correct, then the 5 dollar, then the most 3 dollar, etc. If still tied, the winner will be whoever put predictions in the most squares. If still tied after that, I'll do a coin flip. If multiple people are tied, you will be eliminated from further evaluation at the earliest position (say three players tie with 11, 11, and 10 correct picks -- the 10 correct guy would be eliminated in the first tie breaker, and the other two would continue with the second.)
