Much easier: pawned her off on my roommate. Basically went with a 'we do not mesh well together but honestly, I think you and my roommate would hit it off.' She agreed and came back with: maybe you and mine would hit it off too. Blind-ish date set up and 15 years later, She's still married to my roommate and I am still married to hers.

Started a diet in November, not an easy thing to do, but as of Saturday I'm down 12 pounds! Hoping to get to an even 20 by the time I go to Mexico on 2/4. Shouldn't be a problem, but I have a trip to Aspen crammed in there at the end of January which could disrupt things a bit.

Also need to make sure I end the diet a week before I go to Mexico so my body has time to adjust to eating real food again before heading to an all inclusive. That could get ugly otherwise.

The place we are staying (Le Blanc, voted best adults only all inclusive in the Carribean) is so nice I think its the only place in Mexico where you can drink the water.

I appreciate the question as it is something I have thought long and hard about. As a white man with a good paying job I refuse to smoke ditch weed ever again. so that leaves me in quite a pickle since as everyone knows, ditch weed is the top export of Mexico. So, after much research here is my plan. I am going to take a few grams of shatter over to my buddies house and have him vacuum seal it a couple times. then I am going to tape it inside some pages of a notebook which will be full of clips and sticky notes. I will them get a few other similar notebooks as well as some office supplies. A week or two before I go i am going to go to the USPS and put that stuff in a box and mail it (with a fake return address) to the concierge at the resort. I already cleared it with him and they are totally fine with accepting and holding a package for me until I arrive.

I'll bring a couple brand new vaping apparatuses with me when I travel. Overkill? Maybe, but I think I should be good to go. Shatter barely has an odor as it is.

A buddy of mine says he just traveled to Mexico with a half ounce of flower in his pocket with no problem. Says when he got there he did see an officer with a dog sniffing luggage and was about to throw is weed away, but then he noticed that he officer's badge was from dept of Agriculture so he gambled and walked past the dog with the weed in his pocket. Dog didn't even glance at him. His jewish mother in law, on the other hand, but nabbed by the dog for trying to smuggle corned beef and salami into the country.

But, that said, I'm gonna go the shipping route and hope for the best.

yep, I've done the research and it's actually pretty easy to use the mail, just make sure to use USPS instead of FedEx or UPS since USPS is the only one that needs a warrant to open your package. Also, don't use a return address.

And to top it off, I'm sending a very small amount of concentrate which barely has an odor.

not to mention its 3 lousy grams, even if I somehow got caught I'm really not even slightly concerned about it.

When I went to Cancun after high school, we bought some mexi weed at one of those flea markets. Dude took us upstairs, shut the door with two armed dudes in the room, and pulled out a drawer full of drugs, including heroin. First time I'd ever seen it. We ended up buying like half an ounce of some shit that looked like burnt grass for like 20 dollars. And of course I sprung for some of the yayo, as I wanted to help out a small business owner. I'm nothing if not giving.
