Tito Beveridge... of course I can't find him wearing a hat in any photo, but he says he wears one! Has a mildly interesting backstory if you ever want to read about your favorite vodka maker. :)

I always thought it was crazy that guy’s name was Beveridge.

He's no Denis Malbec!

Harmon Killebrew made root beer...

Root Beer is really underrated.

It’s one of those things you never really think about but is great.

We were at a wine and spirits tasting at one of our local spots a few years back. There was a Swedish vodka (not Svedka), and the guy suggested a few cracks of pepper. It was good. We bought a bottle of vodka, and they gave us a pepper grinder for free.

The vodka was Karlsson's.

Did Tito’s.

Good. Hard to know how much to put in.

Should keep me alert through Star Trek Discovery.

The Bandit watches almost every CBS drama.

All the alphabet shows NCISCSILA.

The Gyver.
5-0
Scorpion
Others.

We watched that ABC Good Doctor Show last week. Still not sure how I feel about it.

Meh on all of that, although I don't watch any of that. Blue Bloods is a nice DVR to fill in your time. I don't want to suggest other shows to you because it is taking away from your podcast time! I've found for airline flights, I really enjoy podcasts.

Agreed, podcasts are perfect for flights. I usually save a couple to have ready and look forward to it.

Tito’s. Rocks. No fruit.

I’d been trying to remember where I learned the “no fruit” thing because it is such a quick and easy way to not have them ruin your drink.

But watching Casino Royale for the 50th time today, I remembered the Felix Leiter CIA character, whatever they called him, called it in the poker scene.

Oh my God, never in my life have I seen such a "Hey, this is what kids are into, let's incorporate this into our content to attract them!" approach as in 5 hours of Texas Hold 'Em in Casino Royale.

Why are the richest people on the planet playing Texas Hold 'Em in a private tournament, and why does the female lead, who is also a secret agent, need to have each hand explained to her by an, ugh, MAN?!

Daniel Craig was fantastic, though, completely refreshed and rebooted the role.

Yeah, the Gabe Kaplan here’s what’s happening was the worst part of the movie.

But nobody understands Baccarat.

I still love the movie.

Baccarat was what it was supposed to be from the source material - just to make me previous statement clear.

Poker was the cool thing. Bond films are famous for taking the cool, new thing and incorporating it into the film.

Oh an absolutely fantastic movie, despite possibly the stupidest (but probably best-acted) Bond villain of all time: Stock market manipulation got you down, try high-stakes poke without cheating at all!

Also, now onto New Belgium's "1554" black lager.

I mean this in the nicest way possible, but anyone who chooses to drink vodka should be water boarded.

Yeah Baccarat is what he played in almost all the other Bond films, from Connery to Brosnan. I wasn't pining for baccarat, but the Texas Hold 'Em thing just broke the immersion for me, especially when the high-falutin french (Franco-Dutch?) dealer says "Owl Een".

PSA: Let's Play Two is coming up next. I hate Eddie Vedder, but it sounds like this is a Cubs docu.

Dude, Vodka neat is very solid. There's a reason Roger Sterling was a fan. Only the best for the best.

I kid. Drink whatever floats your boat. I love whiskey more than all other spirits combined.
