I have no issue with drug use. Nobody loves the herb more than me, believe me.

I am not on any registry, nor have I done any time. So, I don't know what exactly is involved with parole/probation. I do know that committing any crimes during that period is frowned upon strongly. If I was in a situation like that, I wouldn't use my real first and last name, and brag about illegal activity. It didn't seem to be a deterrent for him.

It seems pretty clear that he lives on the fringes of society. It's likely that he is not smart enough to live any other way, but being on that list ensured he was there. As for being a deterrent, I don't think that being on the list is going to prevent him from being stupid, and posting unverifiable "accomplishments" on what is supposed to be an anonymous message board.
