In front of a jewish deli... someone spray painted "free gaza". The owner is calling this a hate crime. The police are pulling video and assigning detectives. I mean... cops taking man hours for tbis investigation... is it worth the time? |

charge the person with a hate crime and we could have a nice legal battle with first amendment rights as it is political speech. Maybe we will see the erosion of hate crime laws that every true American should be advocating. |
