Suppose a financial affidavit was prepared. This financial affidavit is missing a ton of things. These things happen to be listed in DEA reports and police reports. These things were not seized.

So the attorney who helped prepare and review the financial affidavit... did she just not do her due diligence? Or would this be a criminal matter? I'm just wondering if this would go to the ARDC or SAO.
