I was in front of of something similar on I-90, before the junction. They got on at Irving Park. I'm guessing it was the Blue Jays heading to O'Hare as it was right around 5:45-6ish.

I saw similar after the 2015 playoff win vs St. Louis while on the Irving Park bus after that game.

Also an escort on the Kennedy after a bears game -- I think it was the vikings.

You can see every vendor payment, every state employee's salary, and tons of financial information on the Comptroller's site. There is more info than you would ever want to view. that's why the law needs to be changed to not allow for 2nd pensions.

Generally, I agree. You can do it for the state for instance but you can't likely stop the fire or police chief shuffle that happens though. They go to the next town over for the second one and they rotate like a clock. :lol:
