Made it home from Kentucky and 2 and a half minutes of totality. If you have any reservations about it... don't. See a total eclipse in your lifetime. Being able to look at the sun with the naked eye and seeing the outer ring will be a memory I have for the rest of my life. Coming out of the eclipse when the sun first emerges gave me chills for ten minutes. One of the best experiences of my life.

A guy with us was taking pics during totalality and captured the flares dark side mentioned. Will share once everyone is back to civilization.

I have a similar lifetime memory from the donkey show in Tijuana.
