That this has all been wonderful, but now I'm on my way

I hadn't eaten beef or pork in over 20 years but recently I gave beef a try. I had never had a steak in my life and wanted to have one before I died. I had 6 of them. They were prepared in just about every way a steak can be prepared. In the end I learned I wasn't missing anything. They were all awful. Steaks suck!

Go to Jewel,get a nice grass fed cut of your pjck,mine is MY strip. Cook it over a charcoal heat. I usually only season it with a little salt,pepper and mined garlic. Cook to a nice med. Serve with some asparagus and a juice baked potato. You will thank me.
