You know what? I like this idea.

Forget zoned parking. It brings in no revenue. Let's have hyper zoned parking where you have the exclusive rights to the curb space for width of your property. Landlords would pay a premium to be able to offer that.

We already offer this type of right for handicapped. We already grant exclusive rights to a group in a zone. It certainly could be done individually.

I already said in the post above, if you accept all of the reasons for legalizing gambling, marijuana and abortion, I think it is logically consistent to accept them for prostitution.

I don't think we would be a better society because of it.

I do think it would create a healthier industry for all interested parties for a service many partake in even when illegal...and think of all the tax revenue.

I think it should be legalized. I tend to have a very libertarian outlook when it comes to social issues, i.e. as long as no one is harmed... But I am open to being persuaded that personal autonomy should not be the highest value. I'm not sure that Western Civilization can be separated from traditional Christian morality.
