The president can kill any citizen at any time, for any reason. Not even the government has denied this.

Exactly, the Holder Justice Department has even preemptively laid out a legal case for using drones on US citizens over US soil in the event POTUS ever gives the order to do so.

Now presidents have NOT abused this power on US soil yet, but the fact remains that they could do so if they ever felt the need or desire to.

As for conspiracies, I have a hard time believing that the government that couldn't keep Edward Snowden from leaking (we should be thankful for that man) would be able to pull off 9/11 or whatever else Alex Jones accuses them of. Conspiracies require a level of competence which I believe our government lacks.
