Tulsi has a lot of potential. She could be a worthy successor to Bernie -- and even win! -- if she's smart about it.

Like I've said before, she's attractive, young, and a veteran. Trump can't play the military card against her and she's a fresh face that would bring back Bernie bros & sisters back to the Dems.

The identitarians love her, too (though I think she's not as Muslim-friendly as they'd like). I've heard them gush about her gender and race and religion for a few years now. She must be a good person.

Ahh, yeah, that's one way of putting it, but that's how you win over moderate Republicans!

What does she have to offer the people she needs to get in the rust belt to swing Trump voters? That is where the next election will be won/lost again. She can be the greatest thing since sliced bread but if she cannot get votes in Pennsylvania and Ohio she is not winning

Zero chance. When she says some tone deaf shit in front of a cocktail party in DC it'll be the end of her too.

and if she genuinely has a chance of winning over rust belt voters the democrats will just rig the primary against her because--ugh ok I mean I know I like grew up midwest but really I've lived in BKNY for 19 months I think I can say I'm from here--the people who really influence the party only want to look down on flyover country.

Looks more like a possible pick for V.P.
