I will wager $20 that he will not be indicted. Remember, Mueller cannot indict him, but only Congress can via the impeachment process. |

You did indeed say that, and while I suppose I somewhat nebulously presumed while in-office, in the end I wouldn't, and don't, consider that a necessary stipulation.
