Technically, Megan Glaros could have gone after Bernstein. They both were working for CBS Chicago when he was commenting on her boobs. Sure, it wasn't face to face. It was over the air. But that's a co worker. She could have filed a complaint to HR.

My guess is that the Score for Bernstein is like the studio for Krusty the Klown where he does voice overs. He enters the building five minutes before the show and leaves immediately after having no conversations with anyone besides his show team

Sometimes not even his show team. Drinky once said he would sometimes go a couple weeks without speaking to Bernstein. They would communicate through texts and email for the show.

Spiegel would be such an overwhelming favorite for this that there wouldn't even really be a way to have a pool on it.
