Article says he paid $210,000 for the property, so what would it cost to build that house when he did back in the early 1990s?

He originally listed it for 1 million. Getting 830k isn't bad. I predicted early in this thread that he'd only get 600k. So I was way off. Good for Pappy.

About 125$ s.f. to build that back then.

After the endless hype from North about Pappyland and how many TVs he had, I giggled at the site of 6? TVs, all of which were tiny tube monitors that looked like he got them cheap from a bankrupt OTB parlor. And Lic must've hung all the pictures/memorabilia.

Of course Park Ridge. What a weird place that was in the '90s. White collar workers trying to live the suburban dream and organized crime shitheads of all stripes.
