That would be a great place to age my beers. The glass door would need to be replaced with a solid wood door.

That is a perfect spot for one of the video games.

Let's all buy the place and make it the CFMB Country Club.

Please stick a Defender, Galaga, or Bad Dudes video game where the poker table is.

My father in law is supposedly buying one for my kids for Christmas. For the kids? Hell no, they’ll get to play after I get extreme carpal tunnel from hours of Dig Dug.

The exterior looks good, the power lines suck but its not like you can just demand they put them underground. Kitchen, batch, floor remodel and its good to go. 750k....done.

Nothing to be done about the utility lines along the property line but was surprised the lines to the house were not buried.

 I also think the place would show better without huge brackets supporting massive old TVs everywhere. You’d walk in and think it’s 2002, or earlier. It would be better to just remove them. Who wants to deal with removing and replacing them? (Well the Little Guys, I suppose. If they’re still around).

What makes the kitchen 'unusable?'

Although not sure what that thing is on the floor in front of the sink. If it's an air vent in our house it would be full of food in about a week

It seems like kind of an odd layout. The sinks are quite far from the oven/stove.

That's a hell of a wide angle lens there. Like a 14mm or something.

Yeah, maybe it's more sensible than the photo makes it appear.

That's just the lens. The sink in the island is opposite from the stove, which is better and the main sink looks to be only about 4' from the range. How close do you want it?

The kitchen is probably the most modern looking room in the entire house.

Did North ever sell his empty lots (with blueprints)? I remember that being a thing when the housing bubble had burst.

That's a fathead that Mike created for a local garbage company.

North bought this house in the 90s after he got his big money from the Score.

Why buy such a big house with no kids? 4 bedrooms. At that point they knew they weren't having kids.

Not to mention the fact that he bought 2 lots later on planning to build a MEGA PAPPY LAND. Why? Then he realized he couldn't afford it and sold the lots for a loss.

Does this mean North built the big house on the pond or did he sell that too? Didn't he have plans to sell with the two plots or something? that's been a few years.

Edit...Beardown with the lots facts.
