Well, it's bad enough that Midway had put a halt on certain incoming flights. Sitting in the plane at Indy that was supposed to leave 3 hours ago. Gonna be a nice slog back home after I land.

5 additional inches fell overnight in Lemont. Has to be well over a foot on the ground.

This is absolutely ridiculous right now.

Forecasters appear to have nailed this one as well.

I'll be spending part of my lunch break and quite a bit of time tonight squeegeeing water out of my garage. Small pond in my
backyard. Sump pump plugging along and going off about every 2 minutes.

Looks like the weather weenies completely freaked out and overreacted again. 6 inches on the southwest side? Nice try.

Not one single forecast called for much of any snow in Cook County.

I wish they hadn't laid the beet juice down, then. Smells like a caramel factory burned down.

Out here on the edge of the predicted 1"-3"/4+", I don't believe there's been a single snowflake. I think we'll catch a bit by 4pm but a trifling at most.

Glad they were wrong ... I'm gettin' too old for this snow shit, and baseball starts on Thursday.

Not going to be the 10 they were talking about out here. Pretty heavy though.

Yeah, I know you love defending the weather weanies, but they were dead wrong...called for 4-6 inches in Will/Kendall counties, not a damn flurrie.

Absolutely ridiculous here. 9 inches on the ground. 6 trucks got stuck at work today. I got stuck in the middle of a flat street today and almost fishtailed into a car parked on the street trying to get out. Nice of everyone to still park on the street even though there's a parking ban.

Easily the worst winter weather day of the year.

No death threats! Yeah, but Frank always turns into a flustered little bitch when people criticize meteorologists, or fake wannabe FaceBook meteorologists

It’s a mess up here too Matt, came close to ditching my truck when I ran over to other farm. 8-10 easily and it is wet as fuck snow too.
