i've never panhandled in my life. worst i've done is bug people for cigarettes... but hey i had a panhandler crash at my house a few weeks back and the dude would (supposedly) go to o'hare and bug people until he got $25 (which would take awhile cuz the airport cops will eventually grab you like "come on dude") but yeah.... i don't know anything about this because, again, i'm not going around asking people for money. i've only been asking for people to either let me have my own money or to help me access money that i already have.

but hey, if you're blessed with a pretty face + tits + hips you can go to the des plaines oasis (and wave to bears making child support payments) and make $30+/hr hitting guys up for money. sometimes you can exchange a phone # for $20 in one shot. #femaleprivilege

no, i had $55 via facebook pay that i couldnt access because i needed a bank-issued-debit-card ($25 to open up a checking account + 7+ days to get it in the mail, by which time the $55 would expire) and the one i bought at walgreens wasn't bank issued.

it worked out that i found someone by chicago/pulaski who was down to do it, but then we did it and right when it finishes it's like "your bank MAY take 3-5 days to make the funds available" so of course the money didnt pop up so i ended up just giving the money away. that's why i tried asking here first, figuring someone might wanna do a decent thing for a horrible person, but nahhhhh.....

at least i got to see those two bobbing and weaving white/ish teenage girls in their car on saturday night @ chicago/pulaski rolling down their windows masta ace style with hiphop bumping and trying to bug random middle aged black people in traffic like LOOK AT HOW COOL WE ARE.... then i notice the glow of phones in the back seat and there's three black dudes in the back with their faces buried in their phones like "yeah we'll fuck em but we're still really embarassed by this shit too" --- essentially a $55 LOL right there, huh?
