We have regulated the shit out of explosive ingredients after 9/11 but teenagers still manage to get their hands on that, as is the case of the kid in Minnesota who just wanted to kill people for the hell of it. Vice did a special in Chicago where this gangbanger literally decimates the idea of regulation stopping him from getting a gun.



Average gangbanger or guy with street ties has no problem obtaining a pistol. The black market is the best and in most cases the only way for them to obtain a gun anyway.

They don't want to go through the legal route to obtain a gun because then their name would be attached to the crime.

So many guns moving around in the black market that its not difficult to get one and never has to be honest.
